Return Policy for Service-Based Products

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible service-based products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item or service confirmation to request a return.

To be eligible, the service or product must not have been used or activated. For physical products included in the service (e.g., devices or kits), they must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning the package. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect all items and service-related shipments upon receipt. Contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain products and services are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Opened diagnostic kits or meters

  • Activated digital services or app licenses

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item or service.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. The product must be unused and in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase, as above.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
